All products sold in our company are original and under the warranty of the manufacturer and importer companies. Your orders are checked and delivered to the cargo before they are sent. Your shipments reach you insured. If you see any tear, breakage or similar problem in the product at the time of delivery, do not accept the product and return it to the cargo officer.

Product Delivery

Product deliveries are shipped within “5” business days and are delivered by cargo within “3” business days on average.

General return conditions are as follows;

*Returns must be made within 7 business days from the product delivery date.

* Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

* Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, which have lost their resaleability, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. (Products with a license registration cannot be returned)

* You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return.

» When will the payment for the product I return be made?

If the products received by our customer services department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 30 business days, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 2 business days at the latest.

» Why is my refund made in installments?

The entire price of the product you purchased in installments is refunded to your credit card, but the refund of the refund is reflected to your credit card in installments by your bank.
